Patrick (Paddy) Moore is the author of the series Quarantinis, Eh? featuring cocktails that commemorate the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020-2021.
Raised in the sunny Okanagan, Mr. Moore funded his Fine Arts and English degrees from UVIC by working in various bars and restaurants, which formed another kind of life-long learning – about cocktails, wine, and good food. Those formative years were followed by a very gratifying career as a TV producer with CBC and other broadcasters, creating documentaries and tv series about health, business, travel, and culture.
A water-logged resident of Vancouver’s North Shore, Paddy’s life is now dedicated to a new role as Papa to six fabulous grandkids, walking the beaches of the world, and trying out new cocktails – with friends, relatives, and his lifetime partner, Dawn.
