The First Kiss doesn’t arrive loudly. It leans in. Soft, bright, and slightly unexpected — the kind of moment that pauses the room and rewrites the evening. This is a drink for beginnings: the first night of a journey, the first glance held a second too long, the spark before the spark knows it’s a flame. It’s an ideal Valentine’s treat.
Fresh citrus brings the thrill — lively, awakening — while strawberry adds a blush of sweetness, never cloying, just enough to smile at. A touch of rose water floats in like perfume on warm skin, elegant and fleeting. Finished with bubbles, the First Kiss lifts gently, light as laughter, leaving you refreshed and quietly hopeful.
No alcohol. No hurry. Just promise.
Ingredients
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 30 ml strawberry purée (or muddled fresh strawberries, strained)
- 15 ml honey syrup or simple syrup
- 2–3 drops rose water
- Chilled soda water or alcohol-free sparkling wine, to top
- Lemon twist or strawberry slice, for garnish
Method
Shake lemon juice, strawberry purée, syrup, and rose water with ice until well chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Top gently with soda water or sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lemon twist or strawberry — understated, intentional.
Serving note
Perfect at golden hour, baby showers, anniversaries, or whenever the evening deserves romance without consequence. Pairs beautifully with candlelight, whispered plans, and the kind of night that begins with “just one more.”
Sweet. Sparkling. Unforgettable. 💋✨
A cocktail with promise.
