Teacher’s Pet Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Crown Royal
- ½ oz Okanagan apple brandy or French Calvados
- ¼ oz demerara syrup or maple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Ice
- Orange peel
- 2 brandied or maraschino cherries
Method
Add the bourbon, apple brandy, syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until well chilled and silky.
Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish with an orange peel and two cherries.
