A dry, floral and potent concoction. This simple, elegant and easy to make sparkler is a great way to begin celebrating any occasion.

Be careful with this little gem. It is loaded with alcohol and slides down very easily.
|What you need|
2 oz Absolut Vodka
1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz Champagne or Sparkling wine
What you do
Chill the champagne flute or coupe
SHAKE the first two ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into serving glass
TOP up with sparkling wine or champagne.
Garnish: Lemon twist
Serve: Coupe or Champagne flute
Taste: Dry, light, subtle
